As a longtime resident of the Santa Clarita Valley, I have had the privilege of calling this community home since 1980. Over the years, I’ve lived in many of the local neighborhoods, gaining a deep appreciation for the unique charm, amenities, and lifestyle each one has to offer.

Beyond my career in real estate, I have always been actively involved in this community. As a wife and mom of three—now young adults, an 18 year old, 20, 22—I’ve spent years engaging with local schools, serving on the PTA board, supporting youth sports as a dedicated team mom, and giving back in many meaningful ways. I’ve also owned and operated my own business here in Santa Clarita, which has further strengthened my connection to the people and businesses that make this area so special.

In the midst of this crazy housing market, Kim managed to find us a house that fit our most important criteria (a pool) but that also stayed within our budget. A task that felt nearly impossible. Without Kim's connections in the area we never would have received the first call when the seller's first buyer fell through. Raquel and Kim helped me out of a very complex short sale situation that no real estate agent could resolve at the time. They are very professional, timely and do not exert pressure on a client to have you make a choice. I was given different scenarios to work with and Raquel was very respectful yet patient throughout the process. Since then, I reach out when I have any real estate needs whether it's related to a purchase, sale, rental, refinance or even if I need a contractor to fix my house, they always come through and always in a very timely manner! Last but not least is the Thanksgiving pie these real estate mamas drop off at my door every year and their annual picnic at the park that they invite me to annually that I am yet to attend.
